Plan for residence hall renovations

2021-22 Progress

• The Campus Master Plan is updated and with the City Community Planning and Economic Development awaiting a hearing and presentation to the Planning Commission and the City Commission in September 2022. The plan was approved by the Building and Grounds committee at the June meeting and includes preliminary long-term planning for residence halls.

2020-21 Progress

• Several deferred maintenance projects completed during 2020-21.

2019-20 Progress

• Produced initial planning document.
• Drafting RFP for planning consultant.

2018-19 Progress

• Met with architectural firm to begin exploring housing options.
