Higher Education Opportunity Act: Public Disclosures

The Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended by the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 (HEOA), contains numerous federal reporting and disclosure requirements. It was established to provide consumers with comparable information from all institutions of higher education.

Program Integrity (student complaints)

The College encourages students and prospective students to initially address complaints related to consumer protection issues with personnel in the office or department that caused the alleged grievance.
