Alumni Interviews have a new name! We are now referring to them as “Coffee with a K Grad” to more accurately reflect the way in which we hope for alumni and prospective students to interact: informally and for informational purposes only. Connecting prospective students with K alumni is an invaluable opportunity for the student to learn first-hand the benefits of a K education. Plus, the more positive connections the College can make with a prospective student, the higher the likelihood of matriculating that student.
Here’s how it works:
- Prospective high school seniors may request a Coffee with a K Grad on a regular basis.
- As requests are received, they will be advertised in the AAV Opportunity Email.
- Upon volunteering to connect with a student, you will receive an email connecting you with the student so that you may plan your coffee date.
- After the conclusion of your coffee, you will be sent a link to a feedback form.
We value your feedback and input. Admission decisions are made based on the strength of the student’s application, with particular emphasis on high school performance. This feedback will help us recruit the student, but ultimately will not have bearing on admission decisions.
