On behalf of the Presidential Search Committee, I am writing to share a brief update on the presidential search process.

The search committee continues to make steady progress, and we are engaging in meaningful conversations with candidates from a strong pool of applicants. I continue to be impressed by the thoughtfulness and collaborative spirit that every member of the committee brings to this work.

While we initially thought we might reach a decision by early winter, the process is still underway. A presidential search requires time and careful consideration to ensure the best possible leadership for Kalamazoo College.

As I’ve noted previously, confidentiality is essential to the search process. While we are unable to share many details, we look forward to providing future updates.
