Tell Your Story

Whether your story is the memory of an unforgettable moment, or the trajectory of your career, we want to hear it.  All alumni, students, faculty and staff are invited to contribute their K story to the Story Zoo. Individual or group stories are welcome!

How to Contribute

  • Record your own video, upload it to the video-sharing site of your choice (e.g. Vine or YouTube), and send us the URL.
  • Occasionally, we open the campus video production studio during special events. Stop by during published times to record a meaningful K memory.* The next Story Zoo will take place on Saturday, October 21 during homecoming and reunion weekend 2017.

1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
Story Zoo
Cavern fire Circle, next to Stetson Chapel

All alumni, students, faculty and staff are invited to stop by the Cavern Fire Circle to enjoy a cup of hot chocolate and to record a meaningful K memory. For example: What class or professor or coach meant the most to you? Which students are unforgettable and why? What experience was the most fun?…the most difficult?…the most gratifying?…the most important to your life after K? Which experiential opportunities (study abroad, career service, SIP, others) still resonate, and why? What occurrence that perhaps seemed so insignificant at the time turned out to have made a big difference in your life? Come prepared to tell a 2-3 minute story about some aspect of your K experience. Individual or group stories are welcome!

Rain site – Production Studio, Upjohn Library Commons.

*Recorded stories may be sent to the College Archives or used in K publications.
