Robust marketing and communication
2021-22 Progress
- Hired web content specialist and part-time writer to expand marketing capabilities.
- Redesigned and updated content within “Life at K” section of the College website to better market to prospective students; began work on Academics pages.
2020-21 Progress
- Redesigned Admission marketing materials for fall 2021.
2019-20 Progress
- Launched electronic version of LuxEsto.
- Three issues of eLux were published in 2019-20.
- Developed five-year marketing plan.
2018-19 Progress
- Developing new five-year marketing plan.
- Reorganized staff to hire assistant director of marketing and communication-admission and financial aid, as a two-year pilot.
- Used survey results to modify Lux products; eliminated SummerLux; added third issue of LuxEsto; adding LuxEsto Online.
- Launched refreshed and enhanced athletics webpage, hornets.kzoo.edu.
