Kalamazoo College giving societies have been established to recognize gifts given to the Kalamazoo College Fund at all levels. The 1833 Society is the College’s leadership giving society with gifts of $1,833 or more.
The 1833 Society of the Kalamazoo College Fund includes members of the Scholars, Bowen, Mandelle, Welles, and Dewing Societies.

Alumni of the last 15 years are invited to become donors in the 1833 Society for Young Alumni. Young alumni can become leaders in philanthropy through a tiered giving structure.
