The key to sustaining a workout routine is loving it! If you are looking for a workout to love, join Mary-Katherine Thompson Miller ’06 for a 50-minute workout sampler including Barre, yoga, pilates, HIIT, interval weight training, kick boxing, and even dance fitness! This workout is intended for everybody and EVERY BODY. Come to sweat and stay to SLAY! Whether you are new to fitness or it’s a part of your daily routine, this class is a mash-up of everything great about group fitness. And remember, that video feed can be turned off … so why not try it all?!?!
No equipment is needed for this class. A set of light to medium hand weights is optional.

Hornets – Join the take 5 Challenge!
Alumni participants who register and join at least 5 Virtual workouts from March 21 until August 21, 2021 will receive a free K t-shirt! Kalamazoo College alumni must be logged into Zoom at the time of the event to receive participation credit. While families are welcome and encouraged to attend, the t-shirt will be awarded to K alumni only.
About Mary-Katherine Thompson Miller ’06
Mary-Katherine graduated from Kalamazoo College with a BA in teaching and English. A few years ago, she wanted to stay home to raise her daughter, Grace, but also keep one foot in the teaching world. Teaching fitness has been a perfect opportunity for her to pursue both career paths! Mary-Katherine is certified to teach group fitness, Barre, indoor cycling, and WERQ dance fitness classes. Currently, she teaches faculty and staff wellness classes, as well as PE classes at Kalamazoo College. She also teaches locally at a, now virtual, studio in the community.
Mary-Katherine lives in Kalamazoo with her husband, Andy Miller ’99, their daughter Grace (5), and their dog Kalli (named after the city of Kalamazoo!).
