Virtual K-Talk: Faculty Innovations during a Pandemic

K Talks

On April 1st, 2020, the spring term at K began with the full slate of courses — as promised, as always — and fully online! Against a backdrop no one could have imagined, Kalamazoo College instructors adapted, created, and innovated to ensure that learning at K continued in a world and at a time where so many things were halted.

During this pandemic year, K instructors have worked together to re-imagine teaching and learning at a distance from our familiar campus home. Join us on Wednesday, May 19, to meet Professors Eric Barth (Mathematics), Petra Watzke (German), Dwight Williams (Chemistry), Alyssa Maldonado Estrada (Religion), and Josh Moon (Instruction Technology) and share the online classroom experience of our current students. Please be prepared to participate in faculty-led breakout discussions followed by a Q&A session.

Wednesday, May 19
5 p.m. Eastern
