K alumni – join Jeannette Pomeroy Parssi ’81 and learn how to add dimension to basic objects. No art experience or partner necessary! This workshop will introduce you to drawing with an emphasis on form and shading. Join in for an hour of fun and instruction. It is a great way to start or refresh and practice your skills. All ages and experience welcome.

About Jeannette Pomeroy Parssi ’81

Ohio native Jeannette Pomeroy Parssi found her path in 1994 when she left the corporate world to pursue art. She has studied with renowned artists Graham Nickson, Dean of the New York Studio School of Drawing, Painting and Sculpture; and Miraslov Antic, instructor at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. She also has traveled extensively to many locales in Europe to hone her craft, sometimes alone and other times part of a group, but always with the goal of becoming a better artist. She has shown her work in solo and group exhibitions. Since 2004, she has been teaching art to students of all ages. Most recently, Jeannette was awarded the 2020 Nickel Plate Arts Educator of the Year for her teaching contributions in the Noblesville/Fishers IN area. Her work is available through her website:
