In order to create as safe an environment as possible on campus for all guests, students, faculty and staff, all age-eligible alumni and guests are required to be fully vaccinated or have a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of arrival to campus for Homecoming and Reunion Weekend, October 15-17, 2021. You will be asked to show your ID and provide proof of vaccination (or a negative COVID-19 test result taken within 72 hours of arrival) when you come to campus. All K students, faculty and staff are required to be vaccinated and masking is required at all indoor events and locations regardless of vaccination status.
How do I show proof of vaccination when I arrive to campus?
Proof of vaccination status for all age-eligible alumni and guests will take place during registration outside of the Weimer K. Hicks Center starting on Friday, October 15 at 3 p.m. Acceptable documentation may be a physical copy of a COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card or a digital copy of such card. You will need to show your ID when presenting your documentation. If you have lost your vaccination card, please contact your local health department to obtain proof of your vaccination.
What kind of COVID-19 test will be accepted?
A negative COVID-19 test result (molecular, PCR or antigen) that was administered by an official testing center will be accepted. The test must be taken no more than 72 hours prior to arrival to campus. Home testing kit results will not be accepted.
What are the requirements for children under the age of 12?
We are asking that children under the age of 12 wear a mask at all times (per our mask policy for unvaccinated individuals). While we welcome proof of a negative COVID-19 test upon arrival to campus, it is not required for this age group.
