Nelda K Balch

Emerita professor of theatre arts at Kalamazoo College. She has directed many shows in Bowen Hall Dalton Theatre, and Festival Playhouse . She also scripted, directed and acted in the annual faculty readers productions. In 1999, she wrote Return Engagement a tribute to Dorothy Dalton, premiered, June here at Festival Playhouse.

Acting was her first love in college, in graduate school at the University of Minnesota, and as a faculty member at Linfield College.
