"My
favorite part about working on a college campus, and specifically
with the residence halls, is the energetic and fun atmosphere
that I consistently get to work in. College is such a unique
experience where students learn so much in such a short
period of time. Watching academic and personal development
take place and being able to offer guidance to students
trying to further these skills is one of the greatest rewards
of this position. I enjoy being a part of students' lives
and look forward to hearing of their successes after their
experience at Kalamazoo College."
