Any
conduct, including but not limited to, physical harm or abuse,
verbal abuse, threats, intimidation, harassment, or coercion,
or any behavior that threatens or endangers the health, safety,
well-being of any person is prohibited.
Given
the serious nature of these violations, and the College's
commitment to the health, safety, and well-being of its students,
and the right of students to pursue their education free from
preventable disruption, students accepting responsibility
or found responsible for any conduct under this policy will
be subject to the full range of sanctions available to the
College, including probation, removal from housing, suspension,
and expulsion.
