Women's Tennis Head Coach
Sarah Johnston was named head coach of the Kalamazoo College women's tennis team on Oct. 5, 2007.
Johnston earned a bachelor’s degree in business marketing through the Professional Tennis Management program at Ferris State University in 2000. Johnston earned four conference championships in tennis for the Bulldogs in 1995, 1996, 1997 and 2000. She was a team captain her senior season and earned team rookie of the year honors her freshman season.
Johnston earned a mater’s degree in career and technical education and human services from Ferris State in 2002.
Johnston currently serves as a health and wellness instructor and tennis instructor at Kellogg Community College. She also works in public relations and is a teaching pro at the Kalamazoo County Family YMCA.
