KALAMAZOO - The Kalamazoo College women's soccer team handed Ohio Northern its first loss of the season as the Hornets won today's match 3-2 in double overtime.

Kalamazoo scored two goals late in the first half. Ohio Northern evened the score midway through the second half. The first 15 minute overtime was scoreless. Kalamazoo's Lydia Raburn scored the game-winner seven minutes into the second overtime on an assist from Jill Weatherhead.

Kalamazoo improves to 3-2 on the season with the win. Ohio Northern is now 3-1. Kalamazoo travels to Alma College this Saturday at noon for the first MIAA contest of the season.
