The Kalamazoo College women's soccer team battled Ohio Northern University to a 1-1 tie today.

Kalamazoo took the lead 12 minutes into the second half with a goal from Lydia Raburn. Ohio Northern tied the game 11 minutes later with a goal by Melissa Swab. Both teams were scoreless in the two 15 minute overtime periods.

Kalamazoo will play its season opener against John Carroll University on Sunday at noon.
