The Kalamazoo College women's soccer team, ranked 22nd in the NCAA Division III pre-season poll, dropped a 3-0 contest to Wheaton College (Ill.), the number three ranked team.

Kalamazoo returns to action at Ohio Wesleyan on Sept. 8. The Hornets first home game is Sunday, Sept. 10 against John Carroll University at noon.
