OLIVET - The Kalamazoo College women's basketball team lost 84-51 in the regular-season finale at Olivet on Saturday.

Olivet led 45-32 at halftime after each team shot over 50 percent for the half. Olivet again shot over 50 percent in the second half while Kalamazoo shot just 29.2 percent (7-of-24), and Olivet outscored Kalamazoo 39-19.

Olivet finished at 53.2 percent while making 7-of-16 three-pointers (43.8%). Kalamazoo shot 41.3 percent and made just 3-of-12 three-pointer (25.0%) and 10-of-20 free throws. Olivet outrebounded Kalamazoo 43-25 and outscored Kalamazoo 46-20 in the paint. Kalamazoo had 24 turnovers while Olivet had 19 turnovers.

Kelsea Howell led Kalamazoo with 15 points and six rebounds. Therese Demres and Andrea Bedway each scored eight points.

Audrey Graham led Olivet with 35 points on 14-of-23 shooting.

Kalamazoo travels to Adrian on Monday for the MIAA Tournament play-in game.
