2006-07 Kalamazoo College Women's Basketball

ADRIAN - The Kalamazoo College women's basketball team lost 63-55 at Adrian on Wednesday. Adrian led 31-22 at halftime.

Kalamazoo shot 37.5 percent from the field while Adrian shot 35.3 percent. Adrian made 6-of-16 three-pointers while Kalamazoo made just 1-of-9. Adrian outrebounded Kalamazoo 51-41, including 18-9 on the offensive end. Kalamazoo had 18 turnovers while Adrian had 14 turnovers.

Kelsea Howell led Kalamazoo with 20 points, seven rebounds and four steals. Briana Hendrix scored 12 points.

Nichole Roose led Adrian with 22 points and 10 rebounds.

Kalamazoo returns to action on Saturday at Hope at 3 p.m.
