2005-06 Kalamazoo College Women's Basketball

FORT WAYNE - The Kalamazoo College women's basketball team lost 98-44 at NCAA Division I opponent Indiana University-Purdue University-Fort Wayne (IPFW) on Friday. Kalamazoo trailed 54-19.

IPFW shot 56 percent in the first half and 57 percent in the second half while holding Kalamazoo to just 33 percent. The Hornets turned the ball over 35 times to IPFW's seven. The Hornets did manage to win the rebounding battle, 39-31.

Stefanie Salasky led Kalamazoo with 12 points on 6-of-9 shooting. Megan Williams and Mary Brown each scored seven. Stephanie Anderson and Kelsea Howell each finished with six.

Juliane Hohne led five IPFW players in double figures with 20 points on 10-of-15 shooting.
