DECATUR, Ill. - The Kalamazoo College women's basketball team finished third at the Millikin Classic with a 58-52 win over Kendall College on Sunday, Dec. 21. Kalamazoo led 27-22 at halftime.
Ashley Riley led the Hornets with 14 points and nine rebounds. Mary Brown added 13 points and Lindsay Basler finished with 12 points. Sarah Sleder had nine points with nine rebounds.
Aja Terrier led Kendall with 16 points and seven rebounds. Erica Jones scored 11 points with 20 rebounds. Keisha Wilmington scored 10 points.
Each team shot 32.8 percent from the field. Kendall held a 47-41 rebounding advantage.
