A-Cut - The swimmer has automatically qualified for the NCAA Championships.
B-Cut - The swimmer has potentially qualified for the NCAA Championships. B-Cut swimmers/divers are selected if there are not enough A-Cut swimmers/divers available.
Divers have qualifying scores, however they must also submit a video showing their performances throughout the season.
