David Adamji Earns MIAA Player of the Week Honors

David Adamji earned MIAA Men’s Soccer Co-Player of the Week honors for his performance in two league matches last week. Calvin’s Todd Folkert shared the honor.

The senior from Evanston, Ill. (Evanston HS) was outstanding in the net in a 2-1 victory over Alma and gained a shutout as the Hornets blanked Defiance 7-0.

Adamji has allowed only eight goals in twelve games this season. In league games he has allowed four goals in eight games. He has recorded six shutouts on the season.
