Aaron Thornburg Named MIAA Co-Men's Soccer Player of the Week

Kalamazoo junior forward Aaron Thornburg of Okemos (Okemos HS) played a key role in two league victories that clinched the MIAA championship for the Hornets. He booted the winning goal in a 2-1 victory over Alma and followed with a goal and three assists in a 5-2 win over Olivet.

Thornburg is tied for the league lead in goals (9) and total points (23). For all games this season, Thornburg has 12 goals, six assists, and 30 points.
