2004-05 Kalamazoo College Men's Basketball

HOLLAND - The men's basketball team lost 88-86 at Hope College on Wednesday. The Hornets had a chance to tie at the buzzer but the shot did not fall. Hope led 43-36 at halftime.

Kalamazoo shot 55.9 percent from the field while Hope shot 55 percent. The Hornets outrebounded Hope 34-26, but committed six more turnovers (10-4). Kalamazoo was 14-of-21 from the free throw line. Hope sank 18-of-25.

Ryan Konwinski led Kalamazoo with 27 points and six rebounds. Tim Herman and Kyle Konwinski each scored 13 points.

Kyle Kleersnyder led Hope with 22 points. Andy Phillips added 14 points and five rebounds. Stephen Cramer and Travis Spaman each scored 13.
