OLIVET - The Kalamazoo College men's basketball team lost 67-66 at Olivet on Wednesday. Kalamazoo, which trailed 41-33 at halftime, had a shot at the buzzer but could not get it to fall.
Olivet shot 50 percent from the field and connected on 8-of-16 three-pointers. Kalamazoo shot 38.6 percent from the field while netting 7-of-21 from behind the arch. Kalamazoo made 15-of-17 free throws while Olivet sank 9-of-13. Kalamazoo held a 33-28 rebounding advantage.
Tony Wichmann led Kalamazoo with 22 points and nine rebounds. Jevon Caldwell-Gross added 15 points and Tim Herman finished with 10.
De'Andre Pruitt led Olivet with 18 points and seven rebounds.
