
KALAMAZOO - The Kalamazoo College men's basketball team fell 64-59 to Albion on Saturday. The score was tied 33-33 at halftime.
Albion shot 44 percent from the field while Kalamazoo shot 38.6 percent. Albion connected on 16-of-25 free throws while Kalamazoo sank 9-of-12. Albion held a 37-34 rebounding advantage.
Kyle Konwinski led Kalamazoo with 16 points, eight rebounds and four assists. Chris Elliott added 11 points and six rebounds. Jevon Caldwell-Gross finished with 10 points.
Michael Thomas led Albion with 15 points. Marcus Gill added 12 for the Britons (19-6, 9-3 MIAA).
The MIAA Tournament pairings will be released on www.miaa.org later this evening. The tournament begins next Wednesday.
