DEARBORN - The Kalamazoo College men's basketball team rolled to an 83-54 non-conference win at U of M-Dearborn on Wednesday. Kalamazoo led 43-13 at halftime.
Dirk Rhinehart led five Hornets in double figures with 12 points on 4-of-6 three-point shooting. Kevin Baird scored 11 points. Scott Montmorency, Nathan Burns, and Mike King each finished with 10 points. King had a team-high eight rebounds.
Bennie Covington led UM-Dearborn with 18 points.
Kalamazoo shot 55.7 percent from the field while holding UM-Dearborn to just 28.8 percent. Kalamazoo held a 51-25 rebounding advantage.
Kalamazoo (11-2) travels to Adrian College on Saturday.
