| The Kalamazoo College Weight and Fitness Room was
expanded and completely refurbished in 2003 and serves
the varsity athletic teams as well as the campus community.
It features a complete array of stength and conditioning
equipment, including over 7500 pounds of Olympic Plates
and over 4900 pounds of Dummbells, Hammer Strength machines,
treadmills, stationary bicycles, elliptical machines,
dumbbells and stability balls. The room also features
a state of the art sound system and televisions with
digital satellite feeds. |
