Scott enters his fifth year at Kalamazoo College in 2007-08. A native of Cleveland, Ohio, he received his Bachelor of Science degree from Mercyhurst College in Erie, Pa.. From there he went on to receive his Master of Arts degree from Western Michigan University, while doing his graduate assistant rotation at Kalamazoo College. Prior to re-joining the K community Scott worked at Mercyhurst as an athletic trainer for men’s and women’s soccer, women’s basketball, and men’s lacrosse.

Scott oversees the daily operations of two athletic training facilities and the medical coverage of all athletic events. He currently teaches a Care and Treatment of Injuries course at Kalamazoo College.

Scott and his beautiful wife, Heather, reside in Kalamazoo.

 

Megan Hass, M.S., ATC

Megan Hass joined the Kalamazoo College athletic training staff in the fall of 2006 as assistant athletic trainer.

From 2004-06, Megan worked as a graduate assistant athletic trainer with the women's cross country and track teams at the University of Arkansas while completing her master's degree in health science. She also taught a Care and Prevention of Athletic Injuries course.

Megan completed her undergraduate degree in athletic training in 2004 at Otterbein University. While at Otterbein, she worked as a student athletic trainer for the football, basketball, soccer, tennis and cross country teams. She also completed an internship with the Columbus Stars, a UHL hockey team.

Originally from North Olmsted, Ohio, Megan now resides in Kalamazoo.

 

Monica Lininger, M.A., ATC

Monica Lininger joined the Kalamazoo College athletic training staff in the fall of 2007.

In addition to her duties at Kalamazoo College, Monica teaches athletic training classes at Western Michigan University in the Health, Physical Education and Recreation Department.

Monica completed her master's degree in athletic training at Western Michigan University while working as a graduate assistant at the WMU Sports Medicine Clinic from 2004-2006. She completed her undergraduate degree in athletic training and exercise science at Hope College in 2004. As an athletic training student at Hope, Monica worked with many of the sports teams including football, men's soccer, cross country, women's basketball and softball.

Monica and her husband, Chris, have been married for two years and reside in Kalamazoo.
