Room Condition

Prior to the beginning of each quarter, the condition of each room is assessed. Students will be asked to sign a contract attesting to the condition and contents of the room at that time. Damage, extraordinary cleaning, pest treatment or any condition or contents varying from that at the beginning of the quarter will be charged to the student.
