Registrar : Transcript Requests
Revised 9/19/2007 Requesting Transcripts In accordance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), the Registrar's Office requires that all requests for transcripts (official and unofficial) be made in writing with an original signature required. (Scanned signatures and e-mail request are not accepted.) Only unofficial transcript requests may be faxed. Current and former students can request official transcripts bearing the official seal of the college and registrar’s signature by submitting a Transcript Request Form to the Registrar’s Office along with payment of $3.00 (check, money order or cash) per transcript. Transcripts are processed within 1-2 working days and mailed using 1st Class postage. There is no charge for unofficial transcripts and all unofficial transcript requests must be made via a Transcript Request Form. If you prefer to make payment using a credit or debit card, then you must make your request via the National Student Clearinghouse.Transcripts requested via the NSC are $5.25 each ($3.00 plus NSC processing fee). Overnight fees must also be made via the NSC (see applicable rates below). We strongly encourage persons requesting transcripts to place the order through the National Student Clearinghouse.
