Here at Kalamazoo College, my teaching spans across the American Politics subfield of Political Science. The eight courses I teach cover the core U.S. institutions (the Presidency, Congress, & Supreme Court), political participation (political parties and public opinion), law and politics (Constitutional law; civil rights and civil liberties; law, politics, & society), and issues in American politics and policy (racial politics and environmental policy/politics).
