Political Science at Kalamazoo College
The Department provides courses in the four central sub-fields within
the discipline: American Politics, Comparative Politics, International
Relations and Political Theory. Our specialty is in anchoring our
program to the elements of a Kalamazoo College education. In addition
to providing knowledge about the political world, our course offerings
are designed to give shape to and reinforce study abroad, internships
and independent research. We are scholars of politics and we are also
engaged in public affairs, primarily in efforts to obtain social justice.
So, too, are many of our students. Take a look and we hope you will
