Center for Complex Systems Studies

Research

Researchers at the Center for Complex Systems Studies conduct different studies in two main areas:
  • Using the tools of computational neuroscience new methods are being developed in neuro-pharmacology to aid drug screening and discovery. See Computational Neuropharmacology to learn more! More generally we are intereseted in computational approach to neurological and psychiatric diseases based on the concept of dynamical diseases. An ongoing project is Computational Approach to the Schizophrenia.

  • Taking advantage of modern analytical and numerical techniques, complex systems theory and the concept of dynamical systems, different aspects of social systems are studied. For more information, please see this Social Dynamics link.
