Leadership is the ability to motivate others and ourselves. It is difficult to get anything done successfully without a strong leader to organize it. A good leader is not too overbearing or controlling, but empowers themselves and others in a way that makes everyone comfortable. I like to be the leader in group work and other activities, because I am organized and like to make sure that everything will get done successfully.
    By being in organizations such as K-Crew and Student Commission, I am representing my school in a positive way.
