Receiving mail is very important to the students. We encourage you to write frequently. Each student shares a mail box with at least one other student. Mail box numbers will remain valid for the students as long as they are enrolled in the College. First class mail will be forwarded to the student's home when a student is not in residence. Please note: do not send cash through the mail.

Please use the box number and Hicks Center. To avoid delay in the delivery of the mail, do not use the residence hall and room number nor the words 'Kalamazoo College' or 'Box' anywhere in the address format. Example:

Although the student mail hut is temporarily in a different location during the renovation of the Hicks Center, the mailing address above remains the same.
