Receiving mail is very important to the students. We encourage you to write frequently. Each student is assigned their own mailbox during the summer before their first year at "K." All student mailboxes are located in Hicks Student Center and mailbox numbers will remain valid for the students as long as they are enrolled in the College. First class mail will be forwarded to the student's permanent address on file when a student is not in residence. Please note: do not send cash through the mail.

When addressing mail, please use the box number and Hicks Center. To avoid delay in the delivery of the mail, do not use the residence hall and room number nor the words 'Kalamazoo College' or 'Box' anywhere in the address format. Example:
