Student Accounts
Bills are generally sent out about four weeks before the beginning
of each quarter, with a due date of one week before the start
of classes. Quarterly bills include estimated fees for tuition,
room, and board. Fees can be deferred at a rate of one and 1/2
percent per month if arrangements are made within the first two
days of validation. Fees must be paid or arrangements for payment
made in order to validate a student's registration and allow the
student to attend classes. Students must appear at the business
office on either of the opening two days of the quarter for validation
or they will be subject to a $15.00 per day fine. Statements will
be mailed out monthly to show any changes in a student's account.
Transcripts will not be released to the student until all financial
obligations are met. The College may choose to disallow
a student to enroll if previous bills are left unpaid. |
