Set 1 (references

terms appear in the same sentence in the reference.
Set 2 (references

present anywhere in the reference) includes references in which
both terms appear anywhere – so one or both terms could
appear in the title, abstract, etc.
Set 3 (references
containing "antibiotics"
only) includes references in which only the first term appears.
Set 4 (references
containing "dairy products"
only) includes references in which only the second term appears.
