| Student Organization Web Sites
Access
- Existing web sites: If your organization already has a web site, the official contact person on record with Student Development automatically receives access. Requests for additional editors must come from the official contact person to webservices@kzoo.edu
- New web sites: If yours is a new organization or has never had a website, please ask Student Development to verify your official contact person for Web Services. After that happens, the official contact person may request space from webservices@kzoo.edu.
- Authorized users use their own network account and password to edit sites
- FTP host wwwftp.kzoo.edu
- WebDAV host (Windows Web Folder or Mac Go/Connect to server) https://wwwftp.kzoo.edu
Page Content Requirements
- Use your own page designs as long as the other standards are met.
- Include the name Kalamazoo College in the header.
- Include a title that accurately and concisely reflects the page's contents.
- Include appropriate meta tags including "description" and "keywords" tags.
- Include a link back to the Kalamazoo College home page.
- Include your contact information
- Include the date of last revision.
- Include a link in the footer of each page to the Official Disclaimer at www.kzoo.edu/stuorgdisclaimer.htm
- Be grammatically correct, free of spelling errors, free of broken links to other pages and sites, and factually accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- If you use Kalamazoo College Logos or Seal they must conform to College Graphic Identity Standards.
- Obey copyright laws and the Kalamazoo College honor system.
