Voicemail Quick Reference
Note : Not all phone lines have voice mail, but it is available. Contact the Help Desk (x5800 or helpdesk@kzoo.edu for more information.
To check your voice mail from your own phone on campus:
Dial the access number: 1000
At the prompt, enter your voice mail password.
To check your voice mail from off campus:
Dial the access number: (269) 337-7420
• When the greeting begins to play, press *
• You will be prompted for your ID; enter your 4-digit extension, followed by #
• You will be prompted for your password; enter your voice mail password.
To listen to your messages, press 1 at the voice mail menu. Message options include:
Replay Message 1
Save Message 2
Delete Message 3
Save Message as New 6
To record your greeting message:
Press 4 + 1 + 1 at the voice mail menu.
