Accounts for new faculty and staff should be requested by filling out an account request form. Forms can be obtained from the Systems and Networking group or from Human Resources. You can also fill the form out on-line at http://www.kzoo.edu:2001/is/systems/acctreq.shtml. You will need to enter your email username and password to access this form. Access is restricted to faculty and staff only.
Accounts for students are created automatically prior to their first year Fall Quarter. If a student enrolls late or at another time of the year they should contact Information Services to request an account.

Kalamazoo College has both POP and IMAP available for reading email. POP brings mail down to a local system and IMAP keeps mail on the the server. Be aware that you have a disk quota on your account. If you reach your disk quota, email that is sent to you will be rejected.
