Subject Guides on the Web
- Reference Librarians have also created subject
guides on the web for each department. These guides
explain how to find books, journal articles, and other sources
in specific subject areas.
Research Rescue
- Students can sign up for individual help through our Research
Rescue Program if they are having trouble finding information
and sources on research topics. They may sign up on the
Research Rescue sign up sheet the Reference Desk. They may
also call (337-7152) or email (reference@kzoo.edu)
to make an appointment.
Designing
Effective Research Assignments
- Well-designed course-related research assignments can
effectively introduce students to the library research process.
These guidelines
are designed to help instructors provide students with a
positive research experience and reinforce library use as
a means of learning.
