U.S. Supreme Court Digest

This Key Number Digest contains all headnotes, classified according to West’s® Key Number System, for U.S. Supreme Court decisions from 1754 to date. The topics are listed in alphabetical order. The Key Numbers within those topics are listed in numerical order. Each topic begins with scope notes about subjects included and subjects excluded and covered by other topics. Also there is an outline of the topic, which includes a list of all Key Numbers in that topic. Each volume is supplemented by a pocket part and the full set is also supplemented by interim pamphlets. Updated annually.

U.S. Supreme Court Reporter

This case law reporter contains opinions issued by the U.S. Supreme Court, plus West headnotes and Key Numbers. This set is a Federal case law reporter series in West’s® National Reporter System. This series covers opinions and decisions from 1882 to date issued by the United States Supreme Court. Cases published in this series are enhanced with headnotes, Key Numbers, and Synopses prepared by West’s internal staff of highly trained attorney editors. This series includes interim volumes that will be replaced by permanent volumes after the Court releases the final, corrected versions of opinions and decisions text. Updated semimonthly.
