Zentralblatt MATH is an abstracting
and reviewing service that covers the entire spectrum of mathematics
with special emphasis on areas of application. It contains
references to worldwide literature drawn from more than 2300
journals and serials from conference proceedings, books, reports,
and preprints. Reviews are mainly written in English but some
are also in French and German. With 1.6 million datasets Zentralblatt
MATH is the most comprehensive information service in mathematics.
Citations are classified according to the Mathematics Subject
Classification (Current is MSC2000
). Zentralblatt MATH coverage includes
pure & applied mathematics; Statistics; Systems theory and
control; Mathematical Physics; Operations Research and economics;
Classical, solid; and fluid mechanics; Information and communication
circuits, coding and cryptography; Theoretical Computer Science;
as well as Applications in biology, chemistry, sociology,
psychology. Free access is limited to displaying only three
citations per search.
