| Scope
The Archives collects all publications distributed
in the name of the College. This includes the College
catalog, admissions brochures, The Index, The
Boiling Pot, programs from events, The Kalamazoo
College Ouarterlv, directories, and newsletters
produced by various departments on campus.
As a general rule, two copies of each item are kept.
This number may be increased if the item is frequently
used (college catalog, alumni directories, etc.) or
has some special significance (e.g. a program from a
president's inauguration).
