Studio/Edit
Lab Use – Academic
Faculty and students wanting to use any equipment for academic/course
work should contact production@kzoo.edu
Studio/Edit Lab Use– Non-Academic
- Any student (both producers and crew members) who wants
to use either the studio equipment or edit lab, must have
attended a training session
run by the Media Center.
- Any student who wants to produce a show through the production
studio or edit lab must submit a written proposal
to the Studio Steering Committee (SSC). The SSC reviews
the request and must approve the project’s proposal
before production may begin.
- Upon approval of the project, the student producer
accepts full responsibility of the production.
This includes: scheduling the studio and/or edit lab and
signing the studio contract.
- Failure of the student producer to follow
any of the guidelines will result in a review before the
SSC. Appropriate action will be determined.
The schedule is available through the studio web page and
must be done 24 hours in advance; time blocks of up to 4 hours
are available whenever the Upjohn Library Commons is open
but must end a half hour before closing time of the building. |
