MeLCat Unavailable February 1

MeLCat, the combined catalog of over 80 Michigan libraries, will be unavailable due to a software upgrade on Wednesday, February 1. Kalamazoo College patrons will not be able to search, place requests, or renew items on this day. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY! This upgrade is being performed at the central server in Lansing and affects all MeLCat libraries.

The Writing Center is open in Upjohn Library Commons!

The Writing Center is now open in its new location, Room 310, in the Upjohn Library Commons. Hours are 8:00pm to 11:00pm, Sunday through Thursday. Advice is available for all stages of the writing process, from brain-storming to the final draft. Walk-ins are always welcomed, or please email arcwrite@kzoo.edu to make an appointment or for more information.

Upjohn Library Commons Opens to the Public

The newly renovated and expanded Upjohn Library Commons building opened to the public today. A College community celebration and reception at 11:30am welcomed students, faculty, and staff into their new space.
