Free Trial to CIAO

The Library has received free trial access to the Columbia International Affairs Online (CIAO) database until May 20, 2006. CIAO is a full text database that includes working papers from university research institutes, occasional papers series from NGOs, foundation-funded research projects, proceedings from conferences, books, journals and policy briefs.
